Digital Memberships with Auto-renewal are live!

In our last community survey, PEF heard two resounding membership comments from our community base:

1. You value digital membership cards (versus physical plastic ones)

2. You're tired of manually renewing your membership each year — you prefer an auto-renewing program.

We Heard You!

PEF replaced plastic membership cards with digital membership cards last year.  Now, your digital membership can be easily added to your mobile device wallet so you can carry it with you everywhere, easily!  

• Be sure to leverage your member benefits, such as discounts at dozens of local businesses around town and online.  

• Active users report savings of >$25 monthly.  Your membership practically pays for itself!

• Drop us a line at info@pacificaef.org if you don’t have your active membership card installed to your mobile device wallet.  We’ll send you simple instructions to add it with just one step!

PEF enhanced our membership program with an auto-renewal feature and a new Member Details Portal!  

• For your convenience, memberships now auto-renew annually. No more member renewal data entry every year!  

• You can review membership details, make changes, or cancel your active membership through the new member portal.

To access the member portal, follow these steps.

Step 1: Navigate to the member portal and follow the prompts to log in. First-time users will need to sign up using either the email for their account or using their Google or Facebook accounts that are associated with the email used for their PEF membership.

Step 2: Once logged in, select “Subscriptions” to review the details of your current membership. 

Making changes to your membership

Changing or canceling your membership can be done in the member portal. 

To change your membership to a different membership level, you will need to first cancel your existing membership and then purchase a new membership.

Step 1: To cancel your membership, follow the steps above to access the "Subscriptions" area of the member portal.

Step 2: Click "Cancel” and follow the prompts.

Step 3: To change your membership to a different level, return to our membership page and select your new membership!
