The Pacifica Education Foundation (PEF) is thrilled to announce the return of Donation Days, happening November 12–14!  During Donation Days, we create a friendly competition across our district's school campuses so that staff, teachers, and families can show their school pride — and win fun prizes along the way!

Our goal: raise $85,000 and expand our membership base by 100 families by midnight on November 14 — and we need your help to make it happen.

Whether you’re joining as a new member, renewing your membership, or making a one-time donation of any size, every contribution helps support music, arts and science programming for our students.

Q: What is the deadline for purchasing a new membership to count towards the Donation Days 2025 campus competition?

A: The deadline for purchasing a new membership is MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2025.

Q: I purchased a membership earlier this year. Will it count towards the 2025 Donation Days campus competition?

A: YES! Memberships purchased after January 1, 2025, through November 14, 2025, will count towards 2025 Donation Days.

Q: I purchased my membership during Donation Days 2024 last year, but it won't auto-renew until November 15th or 16th, after Donation Days 2025 are technically over. What should I do?

A: NOTHING. As a courtesy to members who purchased their memberships during Donation Days last year, we will count currently active memberships that auto-renew before midnight on Sunday, November 16th, for the Donation Days 2025 campus competition.

A: Our prize category metrics are intended to encourage participation and to level the playing field across our school campuses, regardless of student population.

• Most Funds Raised Per Student: Total Funds Raised (from memberships and cash donations) divided by Campus Student Population

• Most Improved (Membership Increase YoY):  Measured as the year-over-year percentage increase of the following membership % metric: # of Memberships divided by Campus Student Population

• Most Participation:  # of Memberships and Cash Donations (above $20) divided by Campus Student Population
