PEF is thrilled to announce the recent appointment of Raul Barrera, as Treasurer, to the Board of Directors of the Pacifica Education Foundation (PEF). Raul is a Cabrillo parent of two and comes with a background in finance and an incredible enthusiasm for what PEF does and who it serves. You might meet Raul around town, while coaching his son’s soccer team or just enjoying the Ocean.

Pacifica Education Foundation would like to acknowledge Bruce Ferry for his nearly 10 years of tenure as treasurer. His efforts have helped shape and mature PEF by streamlining donation processes, and maintaining budget and expense projections. He’s also demonstrated strong support during community facing events such as the PEFathon, Donation Days, and our annual Gala. He consistently digs deep, providing both monetary and beverage donations. We wish him well and thank him for his service to our community!
